Today, Ameritas offers four Dental Preferred Provider Organization (PPO) options to members of CaliforniaChoice. You and your employees can choose from a variety of low deductible choices plus Orthodontia benefits for children.
Enrollees also get Dental Rewards® by Ameritas. This program rewards members who visit the dentist and use only a portion of their annual maximum benefits in a year – earning additional benefits for the following year.
